Fully supported by the Head teacher Mr Matt Grinyer and his staff, the MWSPTFA plays a key role in raising funds to purchase additional resources for the school to enhance learning and enrich the school environment. The PTFA meets regularly to play a key role in raising funds to assist the school in the purchase of equipment, facility improvements and student activities. This is becoming increasingly important as Government funding becomes ever tighter.

Over the years the MWSPTFA has been able to fund numerous exciting projects, school teams and funding for various departments, a new drama stage, support for the silent area in the 6^th form common room, individual funding to World Challenge team members, the Duke of Edinburgh programme, iPads, PA system for the school hall and furniture for the new C Block. Last school year we funded a 3D laser printer for the design department which will make a huge difference to GCSE and A Level projects.

We are always looking for new volunteers so that we can continue to provide this additional fundraising for the school. You will be most welcome and we would love for you to join us. If you are interested, please email:

2. Download the Browser Extension

Please make sure you download the browser extension and add the donation reminder, this finds you donations when you shop on your laptop or computer. You then just click and donate, it’s as easy as that!

3. Shop

Every time you shop online the donation reminder box will pop up and just one click gets you fundraising!

4. Raise

After you’ve checked out, that retailer will make a donation to Monk’s Walk for no extra cost whatsoever!

There are no catches or hidden charges and Monk's Walk School students will only benefit from your selfless actions.
