The KS5 Curriculum
The KS5 curriculum is an extremely challenging and rewarding area of study for our students. The design of the A-Level course is very similar in structure to the GCSE, and this really helps with the transition to Sixth Form study for our students. There are opportunities to study five different play texts, three of which centre on written exams. Students also have the opportunity to create a scripted exam performance and create their own devised performance, using the influence of two theatre practitioners. Our chosen exam board is OCR.
